AWR Guidance Published

The final guidance for the Agency Worker Regulations, due to come into effect on 1st October 2011 was published on the BIS website on Friday 6th May 2011. The document shows that nothing substantial has changed from the draft guidelines that were previously published, just some fine tuning on some of the points that previously weren't too clear.
Jo Shires, HR and Compliance Manager for the Concept Group stated "our focus now is to work in partnership with our clients in order to provide the best possible guidance and to ensure that both parties we are compliant in all areas affected by the Agency Worker Regulations".
